All requests for refunds, returns or exchanges should be made in writing via email to email@example.com.
Product rejection or failure.
Obviously we strive to do our utmost to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the products that they receive from us, however it is inevitable that there will be some occassions where the product do not live up to customer expectations. In this instance i.e. you are unhappy with the quality of the products that you have received from Dossil, we will try and resolve the issue with you by supplying replacement products to you. If we are unable to supply satisfactory replacements to you, then we will endaevour to make a refund to the payment card that was used for the transaction. Whilst every effort is made to perform such refunds in a timely manner, please be aware that it can take up to 3 working days for monies to be returned to you.
If you have received a product which you deem unsatisfactory due to quality or form, then please return it and Dossil will refund you the original payment plus the return postage charge. Please note that if a product is ordered in error, or over ordered and you wish for it to be returned for a refund of the cost of the product, in this instance the customer will be liable for the return postage charge.
